Bentonite, a clay-like mineral that removes positively charged particles from wine. Add prior to primary fermentation to clear pectic and protein haze. Use 2 teaspoons to a half a cup of Warm/Boiling Water and stir until dissolved. Mix and stir the solution into your wine. Continue with normal primary fermentation, then rack into a sanitized carboy.
Not recommended for beer, as it may harm head retention.
